Description of Spring Cone Crusher:
Our PY series of spring cone crushers are specially designed for crushing various kinds of ores and rocks with medium or above medium hardness degree. And it is widely used in metallurgy, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industries. It is appropriate for crushing hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, basalt, gritstone, and more.
Its spring safety system is an overloading protection system which make metal pass through the crushing chamber in order to avoid damaging the cone crusher, and this system can make use of dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to separate plaster powder and engine oil, as well as to make sure reliable and stable performance.

Based on the size of feeding and fineness of crushed materials, our spring cone crusher can fall into three types: standard type (PYB), medium type (PYZ), and short head type (PYD). The PYB is used for medium crushing; the PYZ is appropriate for medium and fine crushing; and the PYD is for super fine crushing.
